Welcome to a traditional style hatha yoga class from Harmony Health!
I created this online class for members who travel throughout the summer months and want to stay connected. I hope to add more in the future. This hatha yoga class is a traditional format, which means you will spend time in each pose and focus on alignment and energy while you are there. Please remember everything is optional and all should feel good. I have tried to include variations to modify each pose in this class, choose what feels right for you during your practice. If you have any questions or feedback, I am always happy to hear from our members and viewers.
