Kelly is a managing partner at Harmony Health, she teaches every Wednesday and Thursday and rotates Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Yoga with Kelly has a sweet southern style and is always a pleasant practice.
Welcome to Yoga with Kelly at Harmony Health!
We created these online classes for you to enjoy when you can’t make it in as often as you would like. We will add more in the future, just a few so you can see and hear what our classes are all about. Yoga with Kelly is the second video in our blog series. We have a library of videos on our Youtube channel if you want to look beyond the blog.
Joining a new studio can be intimidating, these videos help to familiarize you with our team and the variety of classes we offer. Please remember everything is optional and all should feel good. We include variations to modify each pose in this class, choose what feels right for you during your practice. If you have any questions or feedback, we are always happy to hear from our members and viewers.
